ATTAS
A fixed asset register that follows every asset from purchase to disposal: tagged, tracked, audited and depreciated.
ATTAS keeps one register of everything an organisation owns. Assets are imported from spreadsheets or added one by one, tagged with QR labels printed on ordinary or label printers, and scanned to confirm where they are.
Asset audits, transfers between locations, check-outs to staff and exit clearance show who has what. Transfers, disposals, revaluations and impairments go through approval workflows set up by the organisation.
Finance gets depreciation runs that can be posted and reversed, capital work in progress, leases, insurance and claims, software licences and seats, maintenance plans and work orders. Reports cover assets, audits, transfers, warranties, depreciation and deferred tax, and a report builder exports anything else.
