NECMAS
The management system used by 23 National Employment Councils in Zimbabwe, from the first complaint to the last levy payment.
NECMAS is one system for everything a National Employment Council does. Each council runs its own copy with its own name, logo, sectors, grades and rates.
Disputes follow the Labour Act stages from registration to conciliation and arbitration. Parties get notices of hearing by SMS and email, and managers see turnaround, outcomes and overdue matters for every officer.
Levies are billed automatically from employee data or employee counts, in USD or ZiG at the council's own exchange rates, and paid online through Paynow or pushed straight from the bank. Statements, aged debt reports and a levy year grid show exactly who owes what.
Inspections, routine visits, determinations, decision reports, employer self-service portals and a full audit trail complete the system.
