A board portal that runs a board's whole governance year in one secure place, built for how boards in Zimbabwe actually work.
DareConnect brings meetings, board books, annotations, voting, minutes and actions together, so the secretary spends less time chasing paper and members arrive prepared.
Every paper is assembled into a board book in agenda order, with a cover, linked contents and bookmarks. Members read on any screen, keep private notes that no one else can see, not even administrators, and raise public questions that become threaded discussions.
Meetings run end to end: notices, RSVPs, quorum counted per side for NECs, conflict-of-interest declarations, show-of-hands or secret ballots, and circular resolutions between meetings. Minutes are drafted from the agenda, approved, e-signed and published as a sealed PDF, and actions are tracked to completion.
Two-step sign-in, watermarked copies, restricted papers, a full audit trail and a separate database for every organisation keep board material safe.
